Position Title: Director of Internal Audit
Location: Dubai, UAE
Our client is a leading investment management conglomerate looking to hire a Director of Internal Audit to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in internal audit, risk assessment, and team leadership, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the internal audit team, ensuring optimal performance and professional growth.
2. Develop and execute risk-based audit plans in line with organizational goals and industry standards.
3. Collaborate with senior management to identify and address key risks.
4. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance internal controls, compliance, and operational efficiency.
5. Oversee outsourced audits and ensure alignment with the organization's objectives.
6. Prepare and present audit findings to the Audit Committee and key stakeholders.
7. Maintain strong relationships with external auditors, consultants, and internal departments.

1. Must have experience in Real Estate and Manufacturing sectors.
2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
3. Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CIA, or ACCA (CISA is a plus).
4. 18-20 years of experience, with at least 12 years in internal audit and 8+ years in a leadership role.
5. Strong knowledge of internal audit standards, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
6. Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and audit tools.
7. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and reporting skills.
