IT Manager - SAP

Responsibilities

1. Oversee the implementation and management of SAP systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
2. Develop and maintain system documentation, including procedures, configurations, and user guides.
3. Manage and lead a team of SAP professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
4. Collaborate with other IT teams and business stakeholders to align SAP solutions with organizational goals and objectives.
5. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
6. Conduct regular assessments of SAP systems to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities for innovation.
7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to SAP technology, advising senior management on strategic decisions.
8. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements related to SAP systems and data.
9. Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations.
10. Act as a subject matter expert for SAP-related projects and provide training and support to end users as needed.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP systems.
3. SAP certification is preferred.
4. Strong understanding of IT management principles and practices.
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
