Investor Relationship Manager

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Pitching to Investors
• Fundraising Strategies
• Investor Due Diligence
• Relationship Management
• Market Insights and Trends - Conducting various types of financial models, research, analysis, market trends, due diligence, and business valuations to assess and execute finance deals.
• Investor Relations Strategy - Developing and executing IR strategies, policies and programs by broadening awareness and maintaining the company’s successful interaction with the investors.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting - Execute complex financial analysis & modelling, investment opportunities assessment, feasibility studies, business valuation, equity research, performance analysis & budgeting.
• Compliance and Regulatory Considerations
• Crisis Management
• Negotiation Skills

Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: MBA in Finance
• Professional Certifications: CFA, CISI or any Investment related certification
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of similar role experience in UAE.
