Service Desk Analyst | Dubai | Financial Services Brokerage | $65,000 - $75,000 USD + Bonus

I'm currently searching for a Service Desk Analyst to join a leading brokerage in Dubai as they continue to expand their office presence in the Middle East. This role will suit someone comfortable working across both 1st and 2nd line needs, with the view to upskilling further.

You will be joining a global team who are critical to providing end user support to offices around the globe. For this position, you will provide hands-on support to users in the state-of-the-art Dubai office located in the Financial District centre, as well as providing support to users in Asia, Europe & North America.

This role will require 5 days a week onsite at our client's office.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2-3 years experience working in an IT Support role, ideally within a Financial Services environment.
  2. Technical knowledge of PC and desktop hardware with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
  3. PowerShell Scripting.
  4. Supporting Windows OS and desktop hardware and software.
