Waiter for Indian Women in Jabal-Ali, UAE

We are looking for a professional Waiter to join our team in Jabal-Ali, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a waiter and be fluent in English. We prefer candidates of Indian descent and female applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Greeting and seating customers in an efficient and friendly manner
2. Taking orders accurately and serving food efficiently
3. Maintaining a clean work environment
4. Upselling items from the menu
5. Maintaining knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and pricing
6. Providing excellent customer service
7. Handling payment transactions accurately
8. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
9. Resolving customer complaints in a polite and timely manner

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a waiter or similar position
2. Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
3. Excellent customer service skills
4. Knowledge of food safety standards
5. Knowledge of local cuisine is preferred but not required
6. Must be fluent in English
