Supervisor Valet

Responsibilities:

1. Contribute towards seamless Valet Operations with the highest Customer service to delight the Customer both External & Internal.
2. Supervise valet parking attendants, oversee and participate in day-to-day operations of the designated location as per the laid down Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Complete all checklists and update daily summary reports.
3. Patrol all levels of the designated parking facility for detailing.
4. Continuously review parking operations revenue control integrity.
5. Perform administrative and office responsibilities when required.
6. Report any unusual changes in revenue or operational trends to the Area Supervisor.
7. Implement & adhere to on-site Valet Driver grooming standards and checklist.
8. Perform daily briefing and related duties as assigned by the Area Supervisor.
9. Inspect and maintain all parking operations equipment in working condition at all areas and coordinate replacements or repairs when necessary.
10. Maintain a daily logbook for significant incidents, comments, or complaints.

Qualification:

• Diploma/Degree in hospitality is an advantage.
• UAE valid license.

Experience:

• Minimum of two years’ experience in the Hospitality industry.
• Minimum of two years as Supervisor in Hospitality or Valet business.
