Our client is the GCC's first within their area of business, focused mainly within financial services.
You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations excellent processes and ensuring they are running smoothly and in compliance with the client’s policies and procedures. You will manage a team of HR Business Partners in the contact centre and ensure high delivery within the SLA target.

The successful candidate should be proficient in HR practices and hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field alongside a CIPD qualification. You should have at least five years of proven experience working within an HR position, alongside previous contact centre experience.
