We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Service Assistant to join our team in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient logistics operations and delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating between internal & external authorities, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Education:
- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service roles, preferably within the Middle East region.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English to interact with customers, suppliers, and team members.

- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SAP, CRM systems, and MS office applications.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in handling orders, shipments, and customer inquiries to avoid errors.

- Time Management: Efficiently managing time to meet deadlines and handle urgent requests.

Vacancy Description
- Invoicing and Documentation: Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and documentation to maintain optimal service levels for customers. This includes and is not limited to attestation of invoices / Certificate of origin by Chamber of commerce, MOFA, and Consulates.
- Coordination with Authorities: Navigate and manage documentation requirements with external authorities, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Order Processing: Handle order processing, from receipt to delivery, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
- Customer Support: Provide prompt and professional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues/complaints, and maintaining positive relationships.
- Effective collaboration with internal teams such as sales, logistics, supply points, and planning to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate shipments, track deliveries, and manage logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and customer interactions in the relevant systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
