Primary focus on acquiring new clients, cross-selling existing client relationships, and maintaining an active referral network.
Responsible for retention, management, and servicing of existing client relationships through growing share of wallet, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and increasing Assets Under Management.
Acting as the first point of contact to identify and handle client (individual/family) banking and financial service needs.
Work closely with internal partners/banking professionals to deliver best-in-class products and services to clients in a timely manner.
