IT Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage the organization of key client projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all assigned projects as per the PMO methodology and enforce project standards.
• Monitor project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Lead the development of project deliverables for each project stage.
• Develop a baseline project schedule and monitor project progress against it (actual versus planned targets).
• Define and document projects Risk, Actions, Issues, and Dependencies.
• Define and document project Change Request and ensure adherence to GIT change management process.
• Identify and resolve project interdependencies in collaboration with the concerned project managers.
• Identify key project stakeholders and assign individual responsibilities.
• Support project managers as needed.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately as per standards.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Review deliverables prepared by the team before passing for approval.
• Ensure projects meet industry-leading quality standards.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the projects to all stakeholders.
• Develop effective working relationships and ongoing management processes for the project.

Requirements and Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in the same field required.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering for technical project managers.
• Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Candidate available to join are preferred.
