• To perform outdoor duties in case slimming events are organized beyond centre premises.
• To perform & participate in centre as per events guidelines.
• To ensure to build an awareness on wellness code to each client.
• To ensure that service delivery is 100% as per VLCC Protocol for physio sessions and massage therapies.
• To ensure timely completion of Session as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for physio sessions and massage.
• To ensure client’s understanding/agreement to the terms of the program before initiating the program.
• To complete a detailed examination of each client’s fitness level and mobility through Fitness Assessment/report and record if any medical condition diagnosed during evaluation.
• To design and deliver appropriate fitness routines for clients, combining the right posture, cardio respiratory fitness, strength, flexibility and breathing exercises.
• To provide customized activity plans for clients with medical conditions.
• To continuously encourage clients to record activity.
• To ensure you suggest a correct activity plan for each client on start of the program and thereafter at least once in a week.
• To check & record the weight of each client-on-Client Program Record (CPR) & Daily Record Register (DRR).
• To provide a minimum of 15 minutes bed-side counselling once in every week post each slimming session.
• To recommend need based slimming treatments for upselling/rebooking.
• To ensure clients meet the targeted weight loss targets set by the Slimming Head.
• To counsel and guide clients facing weight plateaus and suggest appropriate course of action.
• Responsible for general upkeep of the Slimming Department and appliance.
• To regularly update and correctly complete all related documentation.
• To coordinate with Dieticians to ensure optimum execution of each client’s package.
• To pre-plan sessions as per individual requirements and package booked - appliance sessions/therapies/combination sessions to be administered during slimming program.
• To conduct daily follow-ups for irregular clients to ensure executions are complete within the validity period.
• To ensure use of proper soft skills when dealing with each client.
• Support in other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
