About the Role:
We&aposre on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Consultant to spearhead our sales efforts for SAP Business One solutions. This role is ideal for someone who excels at strategic planning, has a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and is passionate about driving growth in the ERP market. The role will be responsible for engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and closing deals to drive revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Planning and Strategy: Take ownership of planning, strategizing, and directing all sales activities within the allocated accounts, with a focus on achieving agreed-upon sales targets.
- Future Sales Plans: Develop comprehensive sales plans that outline the trajectory for future growth and expansion in the ERP market.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on leads, opportunities, and prospects.
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, providing insights into projected revenue and identifying potential areas for growth and improvement.
- Prospecting and Engagement: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, engaging with prospects and nurturing relationships to drive sales conversions.
- Solution Presentations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of SAP Business One solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and implementation, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements that align with company objectives and policies.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, leveraging this knowledge to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the ERP software industry with a proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Education: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field, MBA is a plus.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of the ERP market, with specific knowledge of SAP Business One solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills, with a knack for building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
