Plant Maintenance Engineer

Salary: AED 4000 - AED 5000 + Accommodation + Food + Medical Insurance + Flight Ticket (from 2nd year)

Experience: 3-5 years in Plant Maintenance (Cement Plants/Manufacturing)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Train and mentor junior maintenance staff.
• Coordinate with external service providers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in plant maintenance
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair.
• Knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems (preferred).
• Experience with CMMS software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
