Sales Support Assistant
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the sales team with offer preparation
- Coordinating closely with the sales team on customer activities
- Providing order status updates to customers by monitoring order progress through communication within the factory
- Confidently leading and dealing with people issues
- Liaising with customers and retaining existing accounts
- Learning and applying sales techniques
Your success is grounded in:
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Instrumental Engineering
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel preferred
What else do you need to know?
- Working closely with the Manager or assigned staff member and completing all allocated tasks
- Conducting research or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients and staff
- Observing and carrying out sales processes
- Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions
- Assisting managers with negotiations
- Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions
- Liaising with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company's managers
