Otis is expanding, and we're excited to announce an opening for a Service Engineer within our Field Service team, covering the Sharjah & Northern Emirates territory. This role reports directly to the Service Operation Lead.

The key responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day operations such as PPM, callbacks, and repairs.
• Overseeing hour and material costs per unit.
• Conducting regular audits and generating detailed audit reports, including repair lead quotations for recommended modifications.
• Managing third-party inspections.
• Ensuring increasing the portfolio units within the assigned route.
• Organizing training sessions and engagement activities for field staff, which encompasses employee selection, field training, and safety.
• Spearheading operational efforts to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronic) or equivalent with relevant work experience (at least 5 years).
