Experience Requirements
- Experience within complex environments defined by high availability, high transaction rate, and geographical complexity.
- 4+ years in IT Operations within an organization of more than 4000 users with at least 3 years of experience in banking.
Technical/Functional Skills
- Expertise in End user technologies.
- Strong understanding of the technical aspects of mobile devices.
- Familiar with data transfers from iOS to Android and vice versa.
- Strong understanding of Avaya and Polycom functionalities.
- Familiar with the latest EUS devices/platforms in the market.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
- Ability to influence, coach/mentor, and listen to team members and peers if applicable.
- Experience in coordinating, facilitating, and influencing management.
- Experience in contributing to and executing ITIL maturity uplift plans or roadmaps.
