A leading retailer in the UAE is looking to hire a seasoned P&L leader to drive its quick commerce operations. The company is at the forefront of innovation in ondemand retail and is looking for an experienced leader to scale its 15-minute delivery model.

Role Overview

As the P&L Leader Quick Commerce, you will be responsible for end-to-end business leadership, overseeing strategy execution and operational excellence. You will spearhead rapid delivery operations, optimize last-mile logistics, and drive revenue growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

1. P&L Ownership: Lead, manage, and optimize the business unit's financial performance, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
2. Quick Commerce Strategy: Develop and execute a robust 15-minute delivery business model, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
3. Market Expansion: Identify and launch new market opportunities, driving customer acquisition and retention.
4. Operations & Logistics: Oversee last-mile delivery operations, fulfillment centers, and supply chain optimization.
5. Technology & Automation: Leverage digital tools and AI-driven logistics to enhance operational efficiency.
6. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with marketing, tech, supply chain, and customer experience teams to drive seamless operations.
7. Team Building: Hire, mentor, and lead high-performing teams to ensure execution excellence.

Key Requirements

1. Proven track record in quick commerce, last-mile delivery, or on-demand logistics.
2. Hands-on experience in building and scaling a 15-minute delivery model.
3. Strong P&L management experience with a focus on revenue growth and cost optimization.
4. Deep understanding of the UAE quick commerce landscape.
5. Expertise in logistics, supply chain, and real-time inventory management.
