Job description

§ Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from crafting compelling job descriptions to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture through effective communication.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Develop and implement employee training programs that align with organizational goals and enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions to drive employee development.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, analyzing market trends to ensure competitive offerings that attract and retain talent.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess employee performance, engagement, and turnover rates, making data-driven decisions.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys and team-building activities, to enhance workplace morale and productivity.
  • Support diversity and inclusion efforts by promoting equitable hiring practices and fostering an inclusive company culture.
  • Collaborate with management to develop workforce planning strategies that align with organizational objectives and anticipate future staffing needs.
