Lease Replacement Coordinator (Vehicle Leasing)
Job description
- Coordinate lease replacement processes by reviewing vehicle return dates and establishing timelines to ensure a seamless transition.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and leasing companies, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to lease agreements.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and assessments to determine the condition and value of leased vehicles prior to return.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all lease transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Analyze market trends and vehicle availability to recommend suitable replacement options that meet client needs and budget constraints.
- Schedule vehicle deliveries and pickups, optimizing logistics to minimize downtime for clients during the replacement process.
- Monitor and track lease expirations, proactively reaching out to clients to initiate the replacement process well in advance.
- Facilitate the approval process for new lease agreements, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining regular communication with clients throughout the lease replacement journey.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and finance, to ensure a smooth transition and alignment of client expectations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred to support analytical tasks.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in vehicle leasing or fleet management, demonstrating a solid understanding of the industry.
