Job Title: Manager - Enterprise Excellence

Purpose: Lead transformation projects to optimize business performance and achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement target operating models.
• Conduct diagnostic analyses to identify business issues.
• Develop and execute transformation plans.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment and ownership of new processes.
• Measure and track the impact of changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Science.
• PMP and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• 5+ years of experience in Change Programs, Project Management, and Business Analysis.
• Proven track record in large-scale transformation projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree, Six Sigma Black Belt.
• Certification in Change Management, Agile, Digital Transformation, or as a Certified Scrum Master.
• Experience in digital transformation and various business processes or industries.
