Projct Architect - Dubai

We are seeking talented and motivated architects to join our team in Dubai (UAE).

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the team to develop innovative and high-quality architectural designs.
2. Create and present design proposals, technical drawings, and renderings.
3. Oversee the construction process to ensure alignment with approved designs.
4. Comply with local building regulations and international standards.
5. Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to address project needs.

Requirements:

1. Junior Architect
   Strong proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros, and rendering tools.
   Primary responsibility: production of technical drawings and design documentation.
   Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
   Attention to detail and high-quality standards in deliverables.
   Strong teamwork and communication skills.
2. Mid-Level Architect
   3-6 years of experience in an architectural firm.
   Demonstrated experience working on projects in Dubai.
   In-depth knowledge of Dubai building codes and regulations.
   Proven ability to develop project concepts and create high-quality design visuals.
   Advanced skills in software for design, visualization, and technical documentation.
   Capacity to manage medium-scale projects and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
   Strong presentation and technical skills.
3. Architect
   7+ years of experience in architectural design and team leadership.
   Solid track record of managing and delivering complex projects, including in Dubai.
   Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and international standards.
   Expertise in conceptual development and high-quality presentation materials.
   Ability to coordinate and lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring alignment with project goals.
   Skilled at interpreting and implementing directives from senior management.
