High School Math Teacher

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging and interactive Math to Middle/High School students, following the school's curriculum and educational standards.
2. Develop and implement creative and effective teaching strategies to inspire a love for science and foster critical thinking skills.
3. Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
4. Provide support to all MS Math classes as needed, ensuring continuity in the delivery of curriculum content.
5. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
6. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages curiosity and exploration.
7. Participate in parent-teacher conferences and communicate openly with parents regarding student progress.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Math with an Educational Diploma OR Bachelors in Education or a related field.
2. A certified professional teaching qualification, such as B.Ed, PGCE or equivalent specializing in Mathematics.
3. Proven experience teaching Math at the middle/high school level with a minimum of 2 years teaching experience.
4. Strong knowledge of inquiry-based learning and hands-on Math education.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. IELTS 6.5 or above.
6. Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
