Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a merchandise assortment plan for assigned categories to meet or exceed financial targets.
Negotiate, sign, and maintain relationships with suppliers and brands to ensure effective partnerships and product availability.
Work closely with suppliers and brands to coordinate product launches, manage stock levels, and address any issues that may arise.
Define a bold while attainable joint business plan for the managed brands and retailers.
Run daily operations and account administration benchmarking competitors’ operations to streamline the role.
Collaborate as project manager cross-organizationally coordinating initiatives throughout different teams to drive brands and retailers’ success.
Analyse, track and optimise daily organic selling levers such as price competitiveness, content quality, customer service, time-to-delivery or assortment width and depth projects.
Monitor market trends and benchmark competitors to provide clients with insightful guidance.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor/Master’s degree in management, business administration, engineering or marketing.
More than 5 years of Marketing or Sales experience at a leading consulting firm, FMCG corporation, or e-commerce business.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
Strong track record of engaging multiple, international, demanding stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of the local marketplace landscape.
