Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
2. Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
3. Assist customers with product/service-related issues and provide solutions.
4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
5. Coordinate between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Fluency in English (spoken & written) – additional languages are a plus.
