Key Responsibilities:
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Represent the company at trade events, client tastings, and other promotional activities.
Qualifications:
• Proven sales experience in the coffee, food, or beverage industry.
• Familiarity with specialty coffee is highly desirable.
• Local Driving License is mandatory.
Skills Required:
1. Interpersonal Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities to engage and close client deals effectively.
2. Technical Knowledge:
• Preferred background as a barista or knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and online sales platforms.
Work Environment:
• A dynamic mix of office-based work and on-site client visits.
• Willingness to travel for meetings, tastings, and industry events.
