The successful candidate will play a vital role within the School of e-Education and is expected to be present on the Dubai campus during working hours. Responsibilities include:

1. Teaching: Deliver engaging graduate courses utilizing advanced online learning platforms and innovative technologies.
2. Curriculum Development: Design instructional materials and e-content tailored to the field of Curriculum and Instruction.
3. Mentorship: Guide, advise, and mentor students throughout their academic journeys.
4. Professional Development: Create and facilitate professional short courses and workshops aimed at specific target groups and professional communities.
5. Research: Enhance the academic landscape by publishing research findings in high-quality, peer-reviewed journals. Develop proposals and pursue funding opportunities for research related to curriculum and instruction or associated fields.
6. Service: Undertake necessary responsibilities to support academic programs and their accreditations.

Candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

1. A Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from an accredited university where English is the language of instruction.
2. The candidate should be capable of teaching at graduate levels.
3. A demonstrated record of successful teaching experience at an accredited university.
4. Experience in online/e-learning environments is required.
5. Ability to integrate industry insights into curriculum development and classroom instruction.
6. Proven capability in developing and delivering professional workshops.
