Architecture Project Manager

As the Architecture Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing Retail Store Design solutions for boutiques, counters, and other retail concepts across both brands. Reporting to the Global Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for proposing innovative and elevated designs for globally led projects while collaborating closely with store planning, design, and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and lead strong concept designs and global store design development solutions for all regions.
2. Ensure timely design delivery and successful projects roll-out from concept design to execution.

Guideline Development:

1. Develop and maintain clear, structured architectural guidelines.
2. Effectively communicate guidelines to global architecture teams while ensuring brand quality and aesthetic consistency.

Standards Adherence and Quality Oversight:

1. Ensure all projects comply with local and retailer-specific requirements.
2. Review technical and shop fitter drawings, maintaining control over derivations from approved drawings packages.
3. Follow-up and project management. Quality/Cost control.
4. Projects coordination with all parties.

Prototype Development:

1. Monitor the development of prototypes in collaboration with the store planning and design team.

Desired Background and Experience:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a Retail Architecture department or agency, preferably within Parfums & Cosmetics or luxury retail.
2. Ability to balance operational tasks with a creative approach to design development.
3. Proven experience in international project management with a global mindset.
