Job description
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field; preference for degrees with project management coursework.
5–6 years of experience in project management, ideally within the events and exhibitions industry.
Job Description:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, including shows, events, and fit-outs.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets through market research and trend analysis.
- Ensure seamless coordination between account managers, design, and operations teams.
- Conduct regular project reviews, monitor progress, and provide reports to senior management.
- Manage exhibitor relationships, ensuring they receive necessary tools and information for successful participation.
- Maintain compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively addressing issues to keep projects on track.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to drive operational excellence and project success.
- Travel internationally for trade shows and competitive events, with flexibility for late or weekend work.
- Ensure governance, adherence to show management guidelines, and continuous process improvements.
