Job Description:

A Real Estate Consultant is responsible for providing guidance and advice to clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. They should have a good understanding of the real estate market, property valuation techniques, and legal aspects of real estate transactions. The Consultant should be able to assess clients' needs, identify suitable properties, negotiate contracts, and provide support throughout the transaction process. They should stay up-to-date with market trends and changes in regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Assess clients' needs and preferences in buying, selling, or renting properties.
• Conduct market research to identify suitable properties.
• Provide guidance on property valuations and market conditions.
• Showcase properties to potential buyers or tenants.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements.
• Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, and other professionals involved in the transaction.
• Guide clients through the closing process and address any concerns or issues.
• Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends and changes in regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant or a similar role.
• Knowledge of property valuation techniques and legal aspects of real estate transactions.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
