IT Support Engineer

We have a new opportunity for IT Support Engineer with our client.

Title: IT Support Engineer

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Dubai

Qualifications:

1. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is a plus.
2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
3. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11).
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
6. Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
7. UAE Driving License is a must.
