Foreman Finishing

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee all aspects of finishing work, including drywall installation, plastering, painting, flooring, tile installation, cabinetry, and trim.
2. Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to understand project requirements.
3. Create and maintain detailed work schedules for the finishing crew.
4. Manage and motivate a team of finishing workers, providing training and guidance.
5. Conduct regular quality checks and ensure adherence to industry standards.
6. Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the finishing process.
7. Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
8. Coordinate effectively with other subcontractors and project stakeholders.
