The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer care or a front desk role with strong communication and organizational skills. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with a warm, empathetic, and patient-oriented approach.
Manage appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, and inquiries both in person and over the phone.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage filing systems.
Handle payments, invoicing, and insurance claims as required.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Provide information about clinic services and address patient concerns professionally.
Utilize MS Office and healthcare management software to manage daily tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer care or front desk role, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with healthcare management software is an advantage.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
