Dispatcher

As a Dispatcher you will assign and organize Service Engineers at a project site based on the request of respective Project and Service Managers.

Your Tasks

• Prepare Salesforce work-order, plan engineers according to technical skills and job requirements. Continuously monitor and update schedule of the Engineers matching with dispatch requests.

• Coordinate with the travel agents to organize flight and visa arrangements for the Service Engineers.
• Maintain dispatch table, to ensure each Engineer is available at a required project site for the requested job and working within their home-based region.
• Regular communication with the Engineers, Service Managers and Project Managers about any scheduling changes.
• Active forecast engineer demand for each technology.
• Constantly optimize the dispatching process and find automation solutions to standard tasks to reach high performance and efficiency in dispatching.
• Implement Krones EMM into dispatching routine.

Your Profile

• Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in any administration role.
• Very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Team player.
• Planning & Organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Arabic Speaker.
