Job Description

• Lead project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets to meet client expectations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to maintain safety and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee quality control processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and specifications to deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, providing regular updates and resolving issues to foster collaboration and trust.
• Review and approve project documentation, including drawings and specifications, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor site activities to enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, promoting a culture of safety.
• Analyze project performance metrics and KPIs, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's preferred for leadership roles.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience, with a proven track record in project management.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Experience in structural engineering, construction management, or quality assurance is crucial.
• Strong understanding of local regulations and compliance standards in the construction industry.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Excellent technical skills in project management software and engineering tools.
