Coordinate and schedule field service activities for hydraulic equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.
Manage a team of field service technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring work progress.
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and field service teams, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Oversee job costs and maintain acceptable profit margins.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.
Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers for necessary materials and equipment.
Prepare and analyze reports on field service activities and performance metrics.
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Locate suppliers, using sources such as catalogues and the internet, gather information about products to be ordered.
Prepare purchase requisitions, verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications, and track the status of the requisitions.
Facilitate and make root cause problem investigation and resolution through prevention.
Ensure compliance with all applicable standards, Company Quality (ISO) procedures, and provide reports to the QHSE department of any non-conformance issues.
To act in accordance with the directions of department manager in meeting quality objectives and targets.
Ensure THP products/services work quality complies with applicable international standards, specifications, and systems.
Responsible for implementing and complying with THP QMS documented procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in field service coordination, preferably in the hydraulics industry.
Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and related equipment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and field service management software.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally.
