Mid-Level Frontend Developer

We are looking for a talented Mid-Level Frontend Developer to join our growing tech team. You will play a key role in building and optimizing web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences for our customers. Working with cutting-edge technologies like React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and ShadCN, you will contribute to creating scalable, high-performance interfaces that align with our vision of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend developers, and product managers, to deliver seamless and user-centric features.
• Implement modern UI designs using Tailwind CSS and ShadCN while ensuring a consistent and cohesive visual identity.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and company standards.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and continuously improve the development process.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in frontend development with React and Next.js.
• Experience with CSS frameworks, specifically Tailwind CSS, and building design systems with ShadCN.
• Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
• Solid understanding of web performance optimization and responsive design principles.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration.
• A collaborative mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices (WCAG).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
