Micah Solutions FZE is seeking a skilled and personable Client Relations Executive to join our client in the Real Estate sector in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional level of service throughout the real estate transaction process. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues promptly will be key to enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and providing timely assistance
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance their experience and satisfaction
Assist clients in understanding the real estate market, trends, and available properties
Coordinate property viewings, meetings, and follow-ups with clients and real estate agents
Resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems accordingly
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client communication
Fluent in English & Arabic (Both written & spoken)
Proven experience in the Dubai Real Estate Market
2-5 years of experience in Customer Service
Has experience in working on Oracle, Salesforce & MS office suite
Has knowledge on the DLD system & is able to register contracts in the system
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
Proven experience in client relations, customer service, or sales in the real estate industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in real estate market analysis
Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations
