Graphic Designer/Animator (Arabic Speaker)

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer/Animator who can bring ideas to life through stunning visuals and motion graphics. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for design, creativity, and a keen understanding of current trends in both graphic design and animation. This role involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop compelling assets for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and more.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design Excellence:

1. Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality graphics for various marketing materials, including advertisements, social media posts, website assets, and print collateral.
2. Develop visually striking visuals and layouts that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.

Motion Graphic Mastery:

1. Create captivating motion graphics and animations to enhance our brand storytelling across various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and video content.
2. Utilize motion graphics to bring concepts to life and convey complex information in an engaging and easily digestible manner.

Collaborative Creativity:

1. Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project objectives and translate them into visually compelling designs and motion graphics.
2. Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas and concepts for visual content and marketing campaigns.

Technical Proficiency:

1. Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) and motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
2. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic and motion graphic design.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. 3-5 years proven experience as a Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative abilities in both static and motion graphics.
2. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
3. Demonstrated oral communication skills to ask thoughtful questions and share ideas.
4. Time management skills to reach project milestones according to schedule.
5. Understanding of key design concepts, such as aesthetics and proportion.
6. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
7. Arabic and English speaking preferred.
