Compliance Solution Architect- Abu Dhabi

We have an urgent requirement for a Compliance Solution Architect (AML & Screening Technologies) for one of our banking clients in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Experience of 8-10 years in the compliance domain is a MUST to apply for this role.

Experience in Fircosoft SAAS AML software or similar AML solutions is preferred.

Experience in integrating SQL databases is a MUST.

Experience in AML, CDD, screening methodologies, and transaction monitoring is a MUST.

The first round is an online test on Gorilla for 1.5 hours. Candidates ready to give this test shall only apply.

Banking domain experience is highly MANDATORY.

Responsibilities:

1. Compliance Domain Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of AML, customer due diligence (CDD), screening methodologies, suspicious transaction monitoring, and reporting to help define and implement compliance solutions.
2. Solution Architecture: Design and architect AML solutions, ensuring they meet compliance requirements and can be effectively integrated with existing systems.
3. Fircosoft Integration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Fircosoft SAAS AML software, ensuring it meets compliance standards and integrates seamlessly with other systems.
4. Technical Skills: Utilize your technical expertise, especially in SQL, to facilitate the integration of data between different systems. Provide guidance on data flow, architecture, and troubleshooting.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand the functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
6. Jira & Confluence: Use Jira and Confluence to manage project tasks, document requirements, and track progress.
7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all solutions are designed and implemented in full compliance with regulatory standards.
8. Monitoring and Reporting: Develop solutions to monitor and report suspicious transactions, ensuring compliance with all reporting requirements.
9. Troubleshooting and Optimization: Actively support the identification and resolution of technical issues, ensuring that the AML solution runs smoothly and optimally.
