Our AI-powered solution helps brands connect with the right creators, enabling them to streamline campaigns, manage content, and track performance with ease. Currently expanding across the MENA region and the US, we are now looking for a Senior Social Media Marketing Lead to take our social media presence to the next level.
Responsibilities:
Strategic planning & execution: develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to attract both B2B and B2C (where C = Creator, not Customer) audiences.
Platform mastery: focus on Instagram while leveraging TikTok, Snap, X, and LinkedIn for growth and engagement. Understand platform-specific algorithms, design best practices, and trends.
Content creation & design: craft visually compelling content with a deep understanding of design psychology. Hook viewers with strong visuals and script the perfect first three seconds to ensure engagement.
Creative collaboration: identify and work with freelancers, contractors, and UGC creators. Leverage our platform to find and manage creators who can produce engaging content.
Performance analysis: monitor KPIs to track growth, engagement, and conversions, iterating on strategies to boost results and drive sustainable audience growth.
Budget management: oversee budgets for content creation, boosting, and partnerships, ensuring efficient use of resources for maximum impact.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in social media strategy and execution, with a proven track record of growing B2B and B2C brands in competitive digital spaces.
Expertise in content creation, especially for visually driven platforms like Instagram. Knowledge of design psychology, scripting, and effective hooks for high engagement.
Strong grasp of social media algorithms, especially Instagram.
Skilled in working with agencies, freelancers, and contractors to produce high-quality content without a direct team. Experience managing and allocating a content budget.
Exceptional English skills required; familiarity with Arabic is a plus.
Willing to experiment with a high volume of daily content to drive audience growth, with a data-driven approach to refine and optimize.
Not necessary but will be a great plus:
Previous experience or a clear understanding of audience behavior in GCC and MENA markets.
Previous experience with high-growth startups or scaling social media presence for tech companies.
Proficiency with Arabic.
