Job Description:

Our client is seeking a seasoned Strategic HR Director to lead and oversee the development and implementation of high-level HR strategies for a prominent organisation in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a fluent Arabic speaker with extensive experience in strategic HR roles at large well-known companies like Emaar, Damac, or Al Futtaim. This role requires expertise in developing and executing HR strategies, training and development programs, KPIs, and conducting post-mortem analyses to continuously refine processes and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives to drive business growth.
• Develop and implement training and development programs to upskill employees and foster leadership.
• Establish, monitor, and refine KPIs to evaluate organisational and employee performance.
• Conduct post-mortem analyses of HR initiatives and organisational strategies, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and company vision.
• Lead HR planning initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Oversee the creation of a performance-driven culture by aligning HR policies with measurable outcomes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, ensuring the company remains a leader in HR innovation.
• Mentor and guide HR teams to deliver excellence across all HR functions.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations, implementing HR practices that reflect global standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior HR roles with a focus on strategic HR, including at least 5 years as the head of HR at a large organisation such as Emaar, Damac, or Al Futtaim.
• Proven expertise in HR strategy development, KPI implementation, and training and development programs.
• Fluency in Arabic (mandatory).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on results.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage at all organisational levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in HR or leadership programs (e.g. CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent).
• Experience in post-mortem analysis and implementing findings to refine organisational strategies.
• Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
