Desired Candidate Profile

As Head of Maintenance (Mechanical & Electrical) for our ERW steel tube and pipe manufacturing facilities in Dubai, UAE, you will lead the Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Teams, ensuring seamless machinery operation, driving continuous improvement, and minimizing downtime.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing all maintenance operations, leading a team of Electricians, Fitters, and Fabricators, and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs. You will manage equipment installation, commissioning, and upgrades while collaborating closely with the engineering team to drive cost-saving initiatives and process optimizations. Additionally, you will ensure accurate product costing in SAP, maintain data accuracy, and work with cross-functional teams to enhance overall performance. Knowledge of Kaizen and Sustainability will be an added advantage.
