5. Schedule appointments for service and keep customers updated on the progress of their repairs.
6. Process customer payments and ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately.
7. Build relationships with customers and ensure that they are satisfied with their service.
8. Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive technology and repair procedures.
