Main Role

To carry out maintenance services and minor repairs on equipment/vehicles/trucks & buses/generators etc.

Key Tasks

1. Carry out all periodic maintenance services and minor repairs.
2. To carry out jobs to the manufacturer's recommended levels of workmanship and standards.
3. Implement safety precautions in all aspects of his job.
4. To keep his work area and tools neat, clean and orderly.
5. Customer focused in all areas of his work.
6. Ensure proper handling, delivery and storage of replaced, old/damaged parts (chargeable and/or under warranty).
7. Complete the allotted jobs within standard operation time, so as to achieve efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

* High School Qualification

* Field of Specialisation (if any) - Automobile Engineering

Skills

1. To comprehend English language & basic maths.
2. To work as a technician on modern, complex vehicles/equipment.
3. To ensure precise & thorough workmanship.
4. To analyse & learn automotive technology concepts.

Competencies

1. Understand the various features & requirements of all models.
2. Be well versed with brief functions, minor repairs and maintenance requirements of different models.
