Reporting to the HR Manager and People Development Lead, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic team and learn about major HR topics.
MAIN DUTIES
TRAINING SUPPORT
Accompany the People Development team in the training plan management
Manage the logistics for training (rooms and catering booking)
Manage the SAVE THE DATE and Feedback survey
Aliment and follow-up training reports
COMMUNICATION EVENTS
Handle logistics for different kinds of HR events/actions
Support the team in Communication posting on different channels
HR SUPPORT
Support the HRBP in the logistics concerning new joiners coming from abroad (hotel and flight booking)
Oversee invoicing with COUPA for HR and Security expenses
Support the team in various diverse projects and missions
RECRUITMENT
Filtering CVs of applicants via the internal platform
Initial phone screening of potential candidates
Liaising with Hiring Managers to schedule interviews
PROFILE
We are looking for a candidate who is well organized, detail-oriented, has good communication skills, and has a strong sense of service and people orientation. English and Excel are must.
