The Senior Manager Marketing Communications will lead Masarra’s marketing, communications, social media, and digital marketing strategies, enhancing brand awareness and engagement across tiered tourism markets. This role focuses on crafting an innovative digital presence, building meaningful connections with audiences, and driving impactful messaging to position Abu Dhabi as a premier travel destination. Marketing and Brand Strategy
Assist in implementing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy to elevate Masarra’s brand across global markets, aligning with the overall business strategy.
Ensure the implementation of the brand voice resonates across all platforms, positioning Masarra as a leader in destination management and Abu Dhabi as a top destination.
Ensure consistent and compelling messaging that reflects Masarra’s unique offerings and Abu Dhabi’s and the UAE’s cultural, historical, and natural attractions.
Digital Marketing and Social Media Leadership
Develop and oversee social media strategies to grow Masarra’s online presence, focusing on B2B and B2C engagement, community building, and brand advocacy.
In cooperation with the e-commerce team, manage digital marketing campaigns to reach and engage targeted audiences globally, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and display advertising.
Cooperate with the e-commerce team to use data analytics and performance metrics, optimize digital strategies, and identify opportunities to expand reach and impact.
Stay updated on social media trends, platforms, and best practices to ensure innovative and competitive social media presence.
Content Creation and Campaign Management
Working closely with the B2B marketing team, lead the creation of high-quality, engaging B2B and B2C content, including multimedia (videos, graphics) and written materials, that effectively communicate Masarra’s brand story.
Coordinate cross-channel campaigns to promote specific destinations, events, and experiences, using digital and traditional media to maximize reach.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create content that resonates with diverse audiences, from leisure travelers to business tourists.
Public Relations and Media Relations
Oversee the implementation of Masarra’s overall PR efforts, including press releases, interviews, and media events, to maintain a positive brand image.
Stakeholder and Partner Collaboration
Engage with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators to amplify Masarra’s reach and engagement across digital channels.
Data-Driven Marketing and Analytics
Work closely with the e-commerce team to develop data-driven strategies, utilizing analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness and improve ROI.
Monitor KPIs and digital performance metrics to optimize campaigns and ensure continual alignment with broader business objectives.
In cooperation with e-commerce, regularly report on marketing activities, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership, driving evidence-based decision-making.
Team Leadership and Development
Build and manage a high-performing marketing and communications team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
Mentor and develop team members, providing regular feedback and opportunities for professional growth.

The ideal candidate should have:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on social media, digital marketing, and communications in the tourism or hospitality industry.
Demonstrated success in managing social media channels, digital campaigns, and content production.
Strong understanding of Middle East tourism trends and digital marketing best practices.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Experience with analytics and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms, SEO tools).
