Position: Senior Sales Associate

Job Responsibilities:

A Sales Associate / Senior Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining an outstanding customer service and achieving sales goals.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
2. Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
3. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
4. Build relationships with customers through regular use of a client book.
5. Assist in floor moves, merchandising, and display maintenance.
6. Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
7. Participate in store meetings and training seminars.
8. Maintain correspondence with a list of established clients and develop new clients.

Profile:

1. Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration.
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in the retail industry; luxury industry is preferable.
3. Pleasant demeanor and good grooming skills.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Passionate about fashion and the luxury retail industry.
6. Outstanding customer service skills.
7. Ability to manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
8. Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
9. Flexibility with varied work hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
10. Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
