We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hygiene Officer cum F&B and Culinary Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position involves maintaining stringent hygiene and food safety standards while providing administrative and operational support to the F&B and Culinary departments. Hygiene and Food Safety
Ensure compliance with local and international food safety and hygiene standards (e.g. HACCP, ISO).
Conduct regular hygiene audits, inspections, and risk assessments across all F&B outlets and kitchens.
Implement and monitor cleaning schedules and sanitation protocols.
Provide training to staff on hygiene practices and food safety regulations.
Manage documentation and maintain records related to hygiene and safety compliance.
F&B and Culinary Coordination
Support the F&B and Culinary teams in daily operations including scheduling, communication, and event coordination.
Handle administrative tasks such as purchase orders, inventory updates, and menu documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in the planning and execution of F&B promotions, special events, and seasonal menus.
Monitor stock levels and work with the procurement team to maintain adequate inventory.
Qualifications :
Education: Degree/Diploma in Food Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards (HACCP/ISO certification is a plus).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with F&B management software.
