We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing the full recruitment cycle and possess a solid understanding of Dubai labor laws, particularly within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
2. Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
3. Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job profiles.
4. Maintain accurate and updated records within the recruitment system.
5. Stay informed on the latest recruitment trends and best practices.

Requirements:

1. Strong communication and organizational skills.
2. Fluent in English (additional languages such as French, Russian, or German are a plus).
3. Previous experience in recruitment for the Dubai real estate sector is mandatory.
4. Deep knowledge of Dubai labor laws and employment regulations.
