We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our Onboarding Teams as the Team Leader. In this role, you will oversee a group of Onboarding Account Managers, ensuring that healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders are smoothly integrated into and utilize our advanced health insurance transactions exchange platform. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving the success of the onboarding process, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and excellent client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Onboarding Account Managers, assigning tasks, managing work streams, and driving them to completion.
Provide mentorship and support to Account Managers, assisting with any challenges they encounter.
Directly manage key market accounts including healthcare providers and payers, guiding them through the onboarding process.
Address and resolve business-related issues while fostering strong relationships with key market stakeholders and regulators.
Design, structure, and deliver onboarding reports, presentations, and other onboarding materials.
Actively contribute to the continuous development of onboarding processes, ensuring they align with industry best practices and project requirements.
Ensure that client satisfaction and feedback are integral to improving the onboarding experience.
Proactively develop broader and deeper knowledge of technology/services solutions and trends for the pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences market.
Develop practice-specific subject matter expertise either in technology & applications consulting or functional areas for health insurance digitalization or regulations.
Qualifications:
7-10 years of related experience in consulting or services delivery in Health Insurance/Healthcare Technology background.
Proven ability to manage and lead teams to meet project deliverables and client expectations.
Strong background in managing key accounts within healthcare or health insurance sectors.
Solid project management skills with a strong ability to influence clients and build long-term relationships while managing competing priorities.
Collaborates effectively with others across the organization to accomplish team goals.
Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities, and deliver on tight deadlines.
Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques related to functional area.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
Established professional network and strong referral contacts in the healthcare or insurance sectors.
Necessary subject matter expertise to effectively manage projects within a given CoE.
Bonus Points:
Familiarity with health data exchange standards like FHIR or HL7.
Domain expertise in the Abu Dhabi health insurance market.
Certified in medical coding standards.
Familiarity with the patient journey within health insurance and healthcare.
Experience in health insurance RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) and billing systems within the GCC.
